At present, the common dew extraction methods are: direct water distillation, steam distillation, and thin film distillation.
The most common distillation method currently used in factories is steam distillation. The energy of the pure dew distilled by this method is more delicate and soft, and some aromatic substances such as alkaloids, phenolic and sesquivalent alcohols with very small molecular weight are preserved intact.
